Leto was spotted out and about in the East Village on Friday. He showcased his distinctive edgy style in a sheer long-sleeve button-down shirt, which left his torso completely exposed. He wore tucked the shirt in and partially buttoned it, creating a deep V-neck effect. He paired the top with straight-leg dress pants to establish a monochrome aesthetic. The actor and musician wore black sunglasses and a silver chain to accent his ensemble.

Leto deviated from the black color scheme when it came to his footwear. He slipped on a pair of white loafers from Brooklyn-based fashion brand KidSuper. The style, which hails from the designer’s fall/winter 2024 collection, features a light brown sole and abstract art displayed on the upper; the right and left shoes varied slightly with their colorful designs. In an avant-garde painting style, part of a face could be seen on the right shoe while other splashes of color across the vamp called attention to Leto’s footwear. The shoes easily aligned with Leto’s eclectic taste in fashion.

Across his wide-ranging outfits, Leto’s footwear often stands out and becomes the focal point of his ensembles. He recently wore a pair of head-turning, bright blue skull-shaped slides in July, pairing them with a breezy white ensemble. Performing on stage with his band Thirty Seconds to Mars, he’s worn bulky sneakers with Velcro straps. While promoting his film career, he has switched things up with a variety of shoes, walking down the red carpet in shoes like white-heeled boots and red-heeled boots.
